The Rusty's JL Wrangler / JT Gladiator front axle truss fits like a glove and doesn't have to be put together like a jigsaw puzzle. The 3/16-inch laser cut steel components that make up the bracket are then CNC formed. The truss is pre-assembled and conforms to the axle right out of the box, so no tedious welding of individual components is needed. This prevents you from having to weld so much, which has the added benefit of keeping some of the heat out of the axle housing.
